After years of experience in marketing for companies in the food industry, Ana decided to pursue her dream of becoming a pastry chef. She enters the academy Le Cordon Bleu to study French pastry. After graduating from all the modules, she begins the next stage of her project, compiling all her experience and opening in Cordoba a bakery that brings innovation and luxury to the most select sweet palates of Cordoba.
